Some products being produced currently are hemp-infused products – mainly vapes and flower – infused with blue lotus extract, and in some cases, a psychoactive cannabinoid distillate is also added to the product, as indicated on the label.  In this case, you may and probably will fail a drug test, since THC derivatives all metabolize via THC-COOH, a metabolite that shows up in a person’s urine, and causes a positive test result for cannabis use.
