Delta 9’s Legality

In fact, delta 6 THC’s psychoactive properties aren’t known just yet.  The cannabinoid was isolated so that researchers could test its therapeutic potential, and there hasn’t yet been any information out there about its intoxicating qualities.  Because it’s not available for sale yet, there isn’t any anecdotal data to reference, either.

Delta 6’s Non-Psychoactive Properties 

Like we said, there’s pretty much no information about delta 6 THC, yet.  But, it has been suggested that delta 6 may offer anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and anti-inflammatory properties.  This would be consistent with the majority of cannabinoids we’ve studied over the years, like delta 8 THC, delta 9 THC, and even CBD.  Hopefully, more research goes into this cannabinoid in the near future, so that we can understand it better.

Delta 6 THC is not on the market yet.  We can, however, say that there’s a lot of promise when it comes to potential therapeutic uses, and if the cannabinoid does turn out to have satisfying psychoactive properties, that will obviously add to its appeal.

Delta 6 is completely legal under federal law because it complies with the 2018 Farm Bill.  But, it’s banned in 19 states due to it being a THC cannabinoid, as a number of states have prohibited all THC-based compounds.  Currently, delta 6 THC is illegal in:
